AVAILABILITY

  • Group sizes of 100-425 guests
  • 1-7 nights for weekday or weekends
  • August through mid-May during school season calendar

VENUE USES

  • Youth group retreats and camps, men’s retreats, women’s retreats, family retreats, training events, and more
  • *due to our 501(c)(3) status, we are not available for weddings, family reunions, or corporate events

ACCESSIBILITY

  • We welcome and accommodate guests of all abilities. All main buildings, along with several cabins, are wheelchair accessible. Walkways are paved, and we do our best to help every guest participate in activities.
  • Lonehollow Ranch is located in Utopia, Texas just shy of an hour and a half from San Antonio International Airport.

Accomodations

Cabins

Our main four sections of camper housing (Los Colinas, The Ravine, The Valley, and the Silos) can accommodate over 400 guests. Cabins range from 12 to 18 beds. Each cabin offers bunk beds, private bathrooms and outdoor porch space.

Adult Housing

Our Adult Housing which includes Hacienda and Lake Lodge are our private lodging options. Each room has its own bathroom and then a shared common space and full kitchen!

Treehouses

Situated at our lower lake, the Treehouse cabins can hold up to 112 guests. While the setting feels rustic and remote, the bunks and private baths provide the same level of comfort and excellence found throughout the rest of camp.

Facilities

Stay in one of our dorms filled with bunk beds, have conversations on one of our porches, and get ready for incredible food to be served in the dining hall.

Have a concert in the amphitheater, hang out around a fire pit or head over to our stables to see the horses.
