We make every attempt to find and return items left at camp, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate your item.
Due to the high volume of items left at LoneHollow Ranch, the owner of the item is responsible for the return shipping cost. If your item is located, we will contact you regarding the shipping cost. Once payment is received, we will ship the item.
The LoneHollow Ranch Food Service Team desires to meet the needs of every guest! At each meal, you will inform your server of your name and which special diet you signed up for, and we will accommodate your dietary needs. We also limit nuts in our facility; all menu items are nut-free, though some ingredients may have been processed in the same facility. We do offer several items in sealed, single-serving containers (Nutella, peanut butter and some granola bars), which are individually labeled.
